    These terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers searching for rental cars and agencies listing their vehicles.

    Important: E-location is a marketplace platform connecting customers with rental agencies. We do not provide rental services directly.

    2. Platform Role & Services

    E-location operates as an intermediary marketplace platform that connects customers with independent car rental agencies.

    What We Do:

    • Provide a platform for agencies to list their rental vehicles
    • Enable customers to search and compare rental options
    • Facilitate communication between customers and agencies
    • Display agency information, vehicle details, and reviews

    What We Don't Do:

    • Own or operate rental vehicles
    • Process rental payments or bookings
    • Set rental prices, terms, or conditions
    • Provide rental insurance or handle rental agreements

    3. User Responsibilities

    For Customers:

    • Provide accurate contact information when submitting inquiries
    • Review and agree to agency terms before finalizing any rental
    • Communicate directly with agencies for all rental details
    • Understand that all rental agreements are between you and the agency

    For Rental Agencies:

    • Provide accurate vehicle information and availability
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
    • Set and communicate your own rental terms, pricing, and policies
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

    4. Liability & Disclaimers

    E-location acts solely as a platform connecting customers and agencies. We are not responsible for:

    Our Limitations:

    • Quality, condition, or suitability of rental vehicles
    • Actions, conduct, or omissions of agencies or customers
    • Disputes between customers and agencies
    • Rental agreements, payments, insurance, or other transactions between parties

    Note: All rental transactions, agreements, and disputes are handled directly between customers and agencies. E-location is not a party to these agreements.

    5. Content & Information

    Information Accuracy:

    While we strive to ensure information on our platform is accurate, vehicle listings, prices, and availability are provided by agencies. We cannot guarantee accuracy and recommend verifying details directly with agencies.

    Intellectual Property:

    All content on the E-location platform, including logos, designs, and text, is our property or used with permission. Agencies retain rights to their uploaded content.

    6. Account Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

    • Violate these terms and conditions
    • Provide false or misleading information
    • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
    • Abuse or misuse the platform
